what I'm building
one pipeline for the whole restaurant
A QR menu on every table, a till on the counter, a screen in the kitchen and the owner's numbers, all one system. Built in The Gambia for how restaurants here actually run.

No app, no sign-in. The menu opens in the browser with what's on today. Pick a protein, add extras, watch the price change, send it.

The order lands on the till and the kitchen's screen at the same moment. The guest watches it move: sent, cooking, served. The staff see every table at a glance, and who's been waiting longest.

Sold out of ebbeh? Flip the switch and it's gone from every table's menu that second. Dishes, prices, sections, options, from the phone in your pocket.

Takings by the hour against last Saturday. Shifts, tips, refunds, what's still open on the floor. Read from the till, not typed in later.

Add it to the home screen and every new order buzzes the owner's phone, even with Mangfa closed. No laptop needed to run the place.
Kora Kitchen is a demo venue. The dishes, the people and the numbers are made up.
